At Wakuli Koffie, we prioritize the freshness of our beans; if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags, but we will always strive to find a solution that keeps you caffeinated and happy.

Quality Assessment
Our coffee experts will review your request and, if necessary, ask for photos of the packaging or batch codes to ensure quality control.
Return or Disposal
Depending on the product type, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions on how to handle the items you currently have.
Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh batch of your preferred coffee or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
